Walk-ins and phone bookings still pile up on sticky notes in many workshops. An online desk works only when the public calendar reflects real bay time. That means duration, opening hours, and status updates have to stay current.

Services drivers can book

Turn on the jobs you want online: oil, brakes, tire change, air conditioning, diagnostics, inspection prep. Set duration and a from-price so drivers know what they are requesting before they arrive. Jobs you cannot take digitally should stay unpublished.

Weekly hours and slot steps

Mark open days, open and close times, and the slot step (for example 30 minutes). Closed days stay empty. Drivers never see a time you cannot take. Confirm, complete, or cancel appointments so freed capacity can reappear for the next customer.

Publish the profile when the calendar is ready. Search listings should show only workshops that are open for booking, not half-finished profiles.
